Please remember: we support Palm OS version 3.0 or above. The Call-Scheduler Palm application runs on Windows 98, ME, 2000 professional, NT, and Windows XP. We do NOT support Vista at this time. We do NOT support Microsoft Pocket PC, or Apple MacIntosh, or Treo 700w.
If you are having problems, please try the following solutions before completing the trouble-ticket. Click on the yes/no radio buttons as applicable.
Click on "home". Does the Call-Scheduler application show up?

Click on another application. Does it work?
Is there a HotSync icon flashing in the lower right corner of your desktop tray?
Click on "Start" > "Programs". Is the Palm Desktop listed in the applications?
Does your cradle require power? If so, is it plugged into the wall?
Does you cradle "feed" from the computer for power? If so, is it plugged into the computer serial port?
When you click "Hot Sync", does the Call Scheduler application interface display on your computer?
When you click on the interface "settings" tab, are the username;password and server fields filled?
