St. Cloud, MN, August 8, 2003—online medical scheduling company, Adjuvant, launches new security initiatives to reduce the risk of unauthorized users.

Adjuvant announced this week that it has responded to customer requests for increased protection on its scheduling servers.

According to Sr. Developer Nicholas Barthelemy “the company has enabled secure protocols for transmitting private information via the Internet” The technology uses private key encryption to secure sensitive data such as usernames and passwords.

“Our online users are increasingly aware of internet security and it's priority” said Barthelemy. This is the first item of a whole new initiative. Future items will be released over the next several months.

“This new initiative shows our customers that we are responding and concerned about privacy and security” said Justin Wampach, CEO Adjuvant.

"Call Scheduler" is an on-line, browser-based computer program for developing, maintaining, and publishing on-call schedules of doctors and other medical practitioners. "Call scheduler" clients include hospitals and clinics nationwide.
